STMP EDUCATIONAL FUND
July 10, 2005
Dear Friends,
We are writing with good news: Save The Montagnard
People Educational Foundation (STMPEF) scholarship
program is, as of this date, increasing its
scholarship awards.
More and more of our bright, highly motivated
Montagnard students are attending four-year colleges
and universities; therefore, we have decided to
increase the partial scholarship assistance to
four-year students while continuing to pay the full
tuition at two-year community colleges.
Starting with the fall term 2005, all four-year
Montagnard students will be eligible for assistance of
$40 per semester hour of course enrollment for each
semester. In other words, if you enroll for 16 credit
hours, you will be eligible to receive $640 for the
fall semester and again be eligible for assistance in
the spring and/or summer school. For most 4 year
students, this will more than double the previous
scholarship of $500 per year for 4 year programs.
Students at four-year colleges and universities should
send their course enrollment confirmation directly to
us at:
carljregan@bellsouth.net
E-mail is much more efficient as Jeanne and I are
traveling for up to 6 months of the year. Regular mail
could take weeks or months to reach us. If you cannot
send it by E-mail, send it by regular mail to:
Carl and Jeanne Regan
881 Ocean Dr., #20-G
Key Biscayne, FL 33149
Now I need to ask your help. Please duplicate the
attached information sheet and help me get the word
other to ALL Montagnard students. If you have a web
site, please post it there. If you are a student,
please email it to all your Montagnard friends. I am
sending this E-mail to ALL Montagnard organizations,
leaders, and students who I have an email address for,
but I know we are not reaching every Montagnard who
could use the help. Please help us get the word out.
One thing we are lacking is the name, address, email
address, phone number and name of pastor of each of
the Montagnard churches. If you would be so kind as
to email those your know of, it would be much
appreciated!
Regards,
Carl and Jeanne Regan
