The local area volunteer staff of STMP will be glad to assist you in any way we possibly can.
Lodging: Asheboro, NC has many choices and the town center is only a 20 minute drive from the farmland.
In a few days we will have more specific information regarding which establishments we recommend.
Camping: As always, if you prefer to spend your evenings under the stars please do so at the farmland. These amenities are acceptable in that we have both a women's and men's shower and restroom. There are also several portable toilet housings on the property. This year, campsites will be assigned on arrival. Due to some issues over the last several events, a $25 security deposit will be collected on arrival. This is fully refundable at departure as long as you leave your campsite as clean as when you checked in.
Airports: The closest international airport is located in Greensboro, NC
General: Many people arrive several days early and this is encouraged. There is a lot to be done at any given time and your efforts helping with the farming operations are greatly appreciated. Please feel free to bring your entire family and many good friends.
